FROM WHERE IT BEGAN

I’m Ashley Creer, ACMHC

I have a passion for helping people reach their goals and accomplish overall well-being. I offer my clients a safe place to work through their challenges together with compassion and encouragement. Each person is unique, and therefore I tailor my counseling to fit your needs. I can help you develop the skills needed to live your life to the fullest. Many things get in the way of achieving what we desire. Not only can I help you remove the obstacles in your way, but I also help you develop strengths to overcome and prevent future difficulties.

I specialize in working with individuals desiring to change. I work with children (6+), teenagers, and adults, especially those with past traumas.

In order to help individuals meet their goals, I customize treatment by utilizing several approaches collaboratively including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Goal-Directed Therapy, Trauma-informed Attachment Theory, and Family Systems.

“It took me a really long time to find a great therapist, but once I did it was so worth it. This place is amazing and really cares about you and your well-being. The staff is probably the kindest front desk staff I've ever encountered. Really give this place a try, it'll be worth it.”

“The staff at the front desk is super sweet and very helpful. They found my kiddos a counselor quickly and always answer any questions that I have. The counselors are awesome with my kids. The kids really enjoy coming and talking to them. The therapy really helps my younger daughter. While playing chess and talking helps my older son. I recommend this place to anyone that may be going through a difficult situation or even if you feel your person just needs someone to talk to.”

“My daughter and I were able to meet her counselor for the first time and it was a very nice meeting. She was so kind but at the same time, she told my daughter what would be expected! Thank you so much!”
